CME Credit
This activity will be accredited for a maximum of 14 Category 1 Credits.
Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Registration fees, less a $25.00 administrative fee will be refunded upon written (email) notice of cancellation received no later than March 15, 2021 to adc2021@simplyeventful.com. There will be no provision for partial registration fees or refunds for activities or dinners not attended.
